AP4D webinar | Global (In)security: What does it mean for Australia?
May 1, 2025
In Australia’s 2017 Foreign Policy White Paper, the prime minister said that “we are facing the most complex and challenging geostrategic environment since the early years of the Cold War”. Eight years on and the situation has only deteriorated further. How acute are contemporary security challenges? And what can and should Australia do to respond?
On Thursday 1 May AP4D hosted a webinar to hear from an expert panel on how the contemporary security environment is affecting Australia, and what the next government’s defence and security priorities should be.
