A growing team

AP4D is delighted to welcome Heather Wrathall and Hugh Piper on board as Program Leads.

Heather brings a wealth of development and security experience from her time in government and the not-for-profit sector, including roles with PM&C and AusAID, as well as postings in the Pacific.

Hugh has written extensively on Australian diplomacy and comes from a research, policy and communications background, having worked within DFAT and in the Australian think tank space.
